How do I track my delivery?
You can track your delivery using the tracking number provided when you book. Visit our website and enter the tracking number, or contact our support team.
What are your delivery hours?
We operate from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to availability and location.
What items cannot be delivered?
We cannot deliver hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable food items (except through our food delivery service), or items exceeding 50kg.
